Thank you for shopping at Star Shoutout. Please review our Refund Policy before ordering a Star Shoutout Video or any other product or service offered through the website. Purchase Refunds are generally non-refundable because of the nature of the product. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Star Shoutout, Inc., 5 Cowboys Way, Suite 300 Frisco, TX 75034, USA.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Star Shoutout, accessible from

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours from the time of order. After 24 hours, the Star Shoutout request will be sent to the Star for scheduling and recording. 

The deadline for canceling an Order is 24 hours from the date on which you placed the order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement and call customer support to inform us of your decision:

  • Please include your order number (ID)

We will reimburse You no later than 10 days from the day on which We receive the refund request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

3rd party merchant fees incurred as part of the payment process will not be refunded. Your refund will exclude these fees. 

Why We Do Not Refund After 24 Hours

A Star Shoutout is an order for service. During the first 24 hours of making a purchase:

  • We verify the orders are valid.
  • We verify the personalized shoutout does not violate our terms of service.
  • We allow a cooling-off period for fraud prevention.

After 24 hours, the order is submitted to the Star for scheduling, recording, and delivery upon which:

  • The Star accepts or declines the Star Shoutout Request.
  • The Star schedules the Star Shoutout to be recorded.
  • The Star records and delivers the Star Shoutout. 

Since a Star Shoutout is produced as a video, once the order has been sent to the Star, The fulfillment process begins and the Star is considered engaged in the delivery of the service and the entire value of their time is realized. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products, services or orders that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Please do not order a Star Shoutout product if you do not agree with these Refund Policies. 

Refunds or Substitutions 

In the event that the Star is unavailable or declines to fulfill the Star Shoutout order, customer is entitled to two options:

  1. Customer may substitute the Star Shoutout with another Star equal to or less than the value of the order.
  2. Customer will receive a full credit back to their account for the points redeemed for the order.
