First select the product that you would like to purchase, on the next screen you will see the custom order form where you answer questions related specifically to your order.
Are there rules I have to follow?
Yes. Prior to purchase you must agree to our terms and conditions which regulate limitations of use and other various important items related to content creation and distribution.
When will my order be processed?
We begin processing your order immediately upon payment. While we strive for a quick turnaround within 24 hours, it can take up to 10 days.
Can I share the video on my social media?
You may share your video with friends or family through various means including social media provided that you adhere to policies and procedures as defined in our terms and conditions.
How do I get my video recording?
Once you have ordered, you receive access to your own customer dashboard, here on the website. You will be notified and simply login to view and download your video.
Can I use the video to promote my business?
You may not use a personal video shoutout to promote your business. We do offer a business video shoutout specifically for business purposes.
Can my order be declined?
Yes. At any time and for any reason, the order may be declined by the star and a full refund will be issued, or you can apply your purchase to a substitute star.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
No. Once the order has been fulfilled and recorded by the Star, so long as they have stated the name of the recipient in the video and delivered a recording according to your form request, the order is considered fulfilled.
